The term Vin de Garage means limited production
of first-class, fine wines from the best grapes and juices.
The expression was first used in France in the mid-1980s.
We provide everything you need from the
finest grapes and juices from Argentina, Chile, California and
Niagara to state-of-the-art equipment at our new location.
Our international wine experts can help
you produce a quality product to match or even surpass the big
names at government stores for a fraction of the price.
Most home winemakers use commercially packaged
winemaking kits. The Vin de Garage experience is totally different.
We have taken the whole concept of making your own wine and
ramped it up several notches….only top quality grapes
and juices are imported from some of the best grape growing
regions of the world – the Maipo Valley in Chile, the
Central and Sonoma Valleys in California, from Argentina and
from our native Canadian vineyards in Niagara.
For example, you can produce an
excellent 26 bottle batch of Cabernet Sauvignon from specially
frozen, whole, organic grapes from the MaipoValley in Chile
for $122.00*, excluding bottles and corks.
Or, a 26 bottle batch of Merlot
from juice imported from the same region in Chile for $78.00*,
excluding bottles and corks.
Our experts guide every stage from fermentation
to bottling and all the steps in between. Detailed records are
kept of the entire process including crushing, fermentation,
maceration, racking, pressing, filtration, oak aging and bottling.
The result is wines that are rich, powerful, and satisfying.

fresh grapes and juices arriving every week. This year, with
a poor wine grape crop from Niagara and not much coming in from
